University of the Republic of San Marino

The University of the Republic of San Marino was set up by Law 127 of October 31, 1985; in November 1995 the Law was amended by a similar regulation. The University, divided into Departments, promotes scientific progress and the development of culture by carrying out research and studies at the highest levels. In particular, the University organizes didactic and research activities that are related to the professional and production world; it fosters scientific culture; it provides top-quality scientific and technological advice; it joins in the international cultural and scientific cooperation.
