Code of Ethics

Il Code of Ethics , issued in June 2023, represents a fundamental tool for affirming the values ​​of transparency, fairness and respect within the academic community of the University of the Republic of San Marino. It establishes the rights, duties and rules of conduct that professors, researchers, technical-administrative staff and students must adhere to, promoting a university environment based on integrity, human dignity and the valorization of knowledge.

Among the key principles of the Code we find the refusal of discrimination, the contrast to nepotism and favoritism, the protection of the Intellectual Property and the management of conflicts of interest. The document aims to ensure a climate of collaboration and responsibility, supporting the fundamental ethical values ​​that characterize an institution of higher education and research.
