The Magnificent Rector of the University of the Republic of San Marino
By virtue of Delegated Decree 30 August 2023 n.125 "Institutional and organizational structure of the University of the Republic of San Marino".
HAVING SEEN the minutes of the University Council n. 4/2023 of 01/06/2023, the report no. 1/2023 of 9/02/2023, the report no. 4/2022 of 14/06/2022, which authorizes the activation of student collaborations for part-time activities of students enrolled in bachelor's and master's degree courses at the University of the Republic of San Marino;
ISSUES
the following announcement for the discipline of the forms of collaboration of students in activities related to the services rendered by the University.
Art 1
Object and aspects of the collaboration
- This Notice regulates the forms of collaboration for students enrolled in the bachelor's and master's degree courses of the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design, in activities related to the services provided by the University, with the exclusion of those relating to teaching activities, the carrying out of exams, as well as the assumption of administrative responsibilities.
- The activity for which a form of student collaboration is expected is the following:
• n.1 collaboration: communication and orientation at the Cdl Engineering Management headquarters aimed at students of Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses in Management Engineering.
Art 2
Limits and financial coverage
- The number of collaborations to be assigned is established annually by the University Council on the basis of the requests made by the heads of the structures and within the limits of the allocation entered annually in the University budget.
- The compensation expected for each collaboration is established annually by the University Council. For the Academic Year 2023/2024 the compensation for each collaboration corresponds to: €1.200,00 (one thousand two hundred euros/00). This fee is tax-free in accordance with current regulations.
- The University provides insurance coverage against accidents for those assigned to the forms of collaboration.
- The collaboration does not in any way constitute an employment or public employment relationship, does not give rise to social security or welfare treatment, and does not give rise to any evaluation for the purposes of public competitions.
Art 3
Requirements and questions
- This competition announcement, issued every year by the University of the Republic of San Marino, is intended for students of bachelor's and master's degrees, as indicated in the art. 1 and contains the rules and deadlines for the submission of applications by students for the purposes of granting forms of collaboration.
- The assignment of the forms of collaboration referred to in art. 1 will take place using the rankings, formulated by a special Commission which will evaluate the qualifications and curriculum vitae of the candidates according to merit criteria. The selection will also take place on the basis of an interview aimed at verifying the skills and motivation of the candidates.
- Individual rankings will be drawn up in relation to each activity envisaged in the Notice (Art.1-paragraph 2).
- The names of the winners will be published on the University website: www.unirsm.sm.
- Interested students may appeal against the rankings to the Rector, legal representative of the University of the Republic of San Marino, following the procedures and deadlines established by current legislation.
- The rankings, formulated per academic year, are valid for one academic year.
Art 4
Submission of questions
The application for participation must be completed on plain paper according to the format provided in Attachment A (last page) and must be accompanied by the following documents: – curriculum vitae; – study plan with exams taken (downloadable from your position from the online desk); – any portfolio – any certificates attesting other qualifications. The application must be submitted no later than peremptory deadline of 10.00 am on 1 December 2023, by hand, at the headquarters of the Engineering degree courses - via Consiglio dei Senta, 99 Dogana (RSM) at the following times: from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 or by sending an email to the address: pcenci@unirsm.sm.
