"Managing the value of the Public Administration: training courses for employees" 

The Department of San Marino History, Culture and History - San Marino Legal Institute of the University of San Marino announces two scholarships for the research project entitled: "Managing the value of the Public Administration: training courses for employees" 

Scholarship holders, on the recommendation of the Scientific Research Council, will have the task of:

LEGAL FIELD: 

  • analyze the regulatory framework of the San Marino PA in view of the new managerial training objectives also with reference to the profiles of responsibility;
  • analyze and maximize the jurisprudence on PA relevant to the research.

MANAGEMENT AREA: 

  • carry out bibliographic searches relating to recent successful cases of management training projects aimed at employees of the PA in Europe, highlighting any "best practices" relating to the management of the "training cycle", from the analysis of training needs to impact assessment training on staff behavior and organizational performance;
  • Develop a questionnaire for analyzing the effects of training interventions on the skills of PA personnel;
  • Administer remotely the questionnaire on a sample of participants in recent training initiatives aimed at personnel of the PA of the RSM;
  • Analyze the research results and develop the report.

For both figures, the collaboration will extend to the preparation of:

  • Scientific articles to be published in specialized scientific journals;
  • Maxims of San Marino jurisprudence in the administrative field analyzed for the research, to be published on the "San Marino Jurisprudence Portal";
  • Collection of regulatory texts to be published on the "San Marino Law Portal".

DURATION:
12 months for research and 6 months for scientific publications.
