The Department of Economics, Science, Engineering, and Design (DESID) of the University of San Marino is announcing a competition for a scholarship for communication and relations activities with schools, institutions, and companies, aimed at implementing and providing orientation services for students in Management Engineering.
The scholarship holder will operate at the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design – SMHUB Headquarters via Consiglio dei Sessanta, 99 – 47891 Dogana (RSM).
Activities
The winning candidate will carry out the following activities:
- communication and promotion of training activities of the Management Engineering degree courses, at schools, events and dedicated portals;
- communication and promotion of events and promotional activities of the Management Engineering degree courses;
- updating the content of the Management Engineering degree course website;
- management of social media channels for the Management Engineering degree courses;
- Design and production of communication support materials for the Management Engineering degree programmes.
Duration and amount
12 months, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026, renewable for an additional 12 months. The scholarship holder's work schedule will be agreed upon with the Directors of the Management Engineering Degree Programs, for a total of 750 hours per year, to be recorded in a special register.
The amount of the scholarship is €625,00 = (six hundred and twenty-five) gross/monthly, for a total of €7.500,00 per year.
The scholarship does not provide any social security benefits or consideration for careers in the public administration. Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 153 of October 31, 2013, which amended Article 33 of Law No. 71 of June 27, 2013, the scholarship will be paid exclusively via bank transfer to a bank operating in the Republic of San Marino.
Method of submitting applications
Applications to participate in the selection process (Annex 1) must be addressed to the Director of the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design. The application must be delivered no later than 12.00 on November 10, 2025 directly to the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design — via Consiglio dei Sessanta, 99 (Third Floor, Tower B) – Customs – Rep. San Marino, or it can be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by courier.
