The Historical and Legal Department (DSG) – Sammarinese Legal Institute of the University of the Republic of San Marino, announces a competition for the assignment of an assignment including support worker for the activities of the Sammarinese Legal Institute of the University of the Republic of San Marino.

The collaborator will work at the Sammarinese Legal Institute (IGS). The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational and institutional secretarial duties; will collaborate in the logistical organization of IGS activities; will support the Institute's internal staff and faculty and scientific staff; and must be available to travel to the IGS's course locations and/or institutional activities. The candidate must also possess IT and technical skills to use the University's IT systems.

ACTIVITIES
The collaborator's activities will be defined in agreement with the Director of the Sammarinese Legal Institute and the IGS Coordinator. Specifically, the collaborator, upon recommendation and under the supervision of the IGS Coordinator, will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the organization and implementation of the institutional, educational, and scientific activities of the IGS
  • Be present at the locations and on the days when IGS activities take place;
  • Support internal staff and IGS scientific staff
  • Manage protocols and collaboration agreements with organizations and institutions
  • Use the computer programs necessary to carry out the activities.

DURATION
12 effective months, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, possibly renewable for a further 12 months.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Applications must be written on plain paper according to the attached form (Annex 1) and accompanied by certificates attesting the admission requirements and any other attestations useful for the evaluation.
The application can be submitted no later than 12.00 on the day Wednesday, November 3, 2025.
