Pursuant to art. 20 of the Law of 25 April 2014, n. 67, in view of the Statute of the University of San Marino, in view of the resolution of the Department Council DESD n. 8 of the report n. 1/2022 and the authorization of the University Council of 9 February 2022 (report n. 1)

a call for tenders for a Collaboration Contract for Orientation, Internship and Placement at the Department of Economics, Science and Law of the University – Degree and Master's Degree Courses in Civil Engineering – intended for relationship activities with schools, institutions and companies aimed at the implementation and provision of orientation, internship and placement services dedicated to students of Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses in Civil Engineering.
The successful candidate will operate according to the directives of the Management of the Department of Economics, Science and Law and will support the university academic and administrative structure in the management of the educational activities collateral to the study plan, aimed at the maturation of the student in his professional development path.
The management of relations with the contacts of schools, institutions and companies and the processing of data connected to these, will lead the Orientation, Internship and Placement Collaborator to carry out their work by combining strongly relational activities with back-office logistical-operational activities.
Activities
The successful candidate will carry out the following activities for the benefit of the Bachelor's and Master's Degree courses in Civil Engineering:
- communication and promotion of educational activities in schools, events and dedicated portals;
- collaboration in the promotion of the courses through the identification and implementation of strategies and activities aimed at this;
- organizational management of the internship, curricular and post-graduate courses of students / undergraduates / graduates;
- promotion of the Courses through the identification and participation in the initiatives considered suitable for pursuing the objectives of the assignment;
- management and organization of teaching activities and tutoring of students and teachers of the Civil Engineering degree course and the Construction and Land Management degree course.
- implementation and updating of the company/institutions/partner contact database and promotion of possible collaborations with the Courses;
- implementation and updating of the student/undergraduate/graduate database and monitoring of the related progress;
- activities aimed at post-graduate placement for the benefit of students/undergraduates/graduates.

The applications, drawn up on unstamped paper according to the format indicated (Annex 1) and accompanied by certificates certifying the admission requirements and any other certificates useful for the assessment, must be produced no later than 12.00 hours of the day Tuesday 15 March 2022.
