COMPETITION FOR 1 ORGANIZATIONAL TUTOR FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SAN MARINO LEGAL INSTITUTE

The University of San Marino announces a competition for an activity tutor of the San Marino Legal Institute.

Activities

The activity of the organizational tutor will be defined in agreement with the Scientific Director of the San Marino Legal Institute. In particular, the Tutor, upon indication and under the supervision of the Institute Council, will have the task of:

  • front-office, tutoring and assistance to the didactic secretariat of the San Marino Legal Institute.
  • Relate to teachers and course participants
  • Take care of the traineeship and thesis procedures of the trainees.
  • Contribute to the logistics organization.
  • Assistance to the activities of the San Marino Legal Institute.
  • Supporting the internal staff and the teaching and scientific staff of the San Marino Legal Institute

The Tutor will carry out his activity at the headquarters of the San Marino Legal Institute.

The Tutor will carry out his/her duties for no less than 15 hours per week, including those holidays in which educational activities will take place.

Headquarters

The activity will be carried out entirely at the San Marino Legal Institute and at any other locations where the activities will be held.

Duration

12 months, possibly renewable, from entry into service; the activity of the Tutor will be defined in agreement with the Director of the Legal Institute.

Admission requirements

  • San Marino citizenship or residency;
  • enjoyment of civil and political rights;
  • absence of criminal convictions and pending charges;
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in legal or humanistic disciplines.

Submission of questions

Applications, drawn up on unstamped paper and accompanied by certificates certifying the admission requirements, together with a detailed curriculum vitae and any other certificates, must be sent no later than 12 noon on 30 September 2017 at the headquarters of the Department of Human Sciences of the University of San Marino, Via N. Bonaparte n°3, San Marino, 47890.

The Examining Commission will be appointed by resolution of the Director of the Department.

Trials and Evaluation

The Commission will evaluate the organizational and problem solving skills, the motivational aspects, the knowledge in the IT field (Office package), any knowledge in the disciplinary fields of the Legal Institute, any other qualifications presented by the candidate.

For this purpose, candidates will be subjected to an oral test.

On the basis of the submitted documentation and the oral exam, the Commission will draw up a ranking, published on the University website (www.unirsm.sm).

Remuneration

The fee amounts to €7.500,00 (seven thousand five hundred euros) gross and will be paid by the University of San Marino.

The assignment does not give rise to social security benefits or assessments for careers in the Public Administration.

Acceptance

The candidate who is first in the ranking must communicate acceptance of the position no later than 2 working days from the publication of the ranking by presenting it at the headquarters of the Department of Human Sciences. The delivery of the letter of acceptance of the assignment may be anticipated by an e-mail communication to igs@unirsm.sm.

Waiver and Forfeiture

Failure to comply with the requests of the Department Council will cause forfeiture of the assignment of the contract.

The Commission has the right to revoke the assignment of the assignment following the notification, by the competent Coordinator, of behavior incompatible with the normal performance of the activity covered by the contract.
