(ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION)
Having seen the delegation signed by the General Directorate of the Public Function prot. n. 50082/2024 of 16 May 2024, having regard to the resolution of the Honorable State Congress no. 24 of 6 March 2024, the Director General of the University of the Republic of San Marino announces this public competition notice based on qualifications and exams for definitive coverage of n.3 role profiles (PDR) di University Technologist (TECUNI) of which two with assignment at the Department of Human Sciences and one with assignment at the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design of the University of the Republic of San Marino
The ranking formed as a result of this competition on the basis of the provisions of the following article 12, valid for two years, will be used for the definitive coverage of further TECUNI PDRs for which the same qualifications and requirements are foreseen, according to compatible times and terms. with the forecasts of the General Requirement, the resources allocated in the Budget and the provisions of the Delegated Decree of 31 May 2022 n.86 as amended by the Delegated Decree of 1 June 2023 n.88, without any restriction on the Administration to carry out further hirings definitive compared to those referred to in this notice.
ART. 3
(ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS)
The public competition is aimed at individuals who meet the following requirements:
a) be a citizen of the Republic, or be resident in San Marino territory;
b) have a three-year degree in disciplines of figurative arts, music, entertainment and fashion (L-3), degree in literature (L-10), degree in education and training sciences (L-19 ), Degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques (L-24) or First Level Degree equivalent pursuant to Annex n.3 of Law 5 October 2011 n. 161 or, as a higher education qualification in lieu of the basic qualification, be in possession of a Master's Degree in Computer Methodologies for the Humanities (LM-43), a Master's Degree in Planning and Management of Educational Services (LM-50), a Master's Degree in Psychology (LM-51), Master's Degree in Entertainment Sciences and Multimedia Production (LM-65), Master's Degree in Historical Sciences (LM-84), Master's Degree in Pedagogical Sciences (LM-85), Master's Degree in History of Arts (LM-89) or Old System or Specialist Degree equivalent in accordance with Annex n.4 of Law n.161/2011;
c) be physically fit for the job with reference to the position to be filled;
d) have the enjoyment of civil and political rights;
e) not having suffered, with a final sentence, a criminal conviction for a non-culpable crime, which entails restriction of personal freedom for a period of not less than one year, or which entails, for the same period of time, disqualification from public offices;
f) not have been terminated from employment with the Public Administration for one of the causes indicated in article 80, paragraph 1, of Law no. 22 December 1972. 41;
g) not having suffered the disciplinary sanction of dismissal, pursuant to the disciplinary rules in force for public employees; in the event that the disciplinary measure has expressly provided for the impediment for subsequent hiring and career advancement pursuant to article 66, paragraph 7 of Law 5 December 2011 n.188, not having suffered the sanction of censure in the 2 (two) previous years or suspension from service in the previous 5 (five) years.
