- the Electoral Regulations of the University of the Republic of San Marino approved by the Academic Senate in session no. 2/2026 of 14/04/2026, published with Rectoral Decree no. 27/2026 of 16/04/2026, and, in particular, articles 11, 12, and 13;

the election for the appointment of the Rector of the University of the Republic of San Marino for the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, which will be held in a special session of the Academic Senate on Thursday 23 July 2026 at 12:00.
