- those who have been dismissed or released from employment in a Public Administration due to persistent insufficient performance;
- those who have been declared terminated from other state employment;
- those who, at the University of San Marino or at other universities, have been suspended from service on a precautionary basis even if discretionary for crimes for which a definitive sentence has not yet been pronounced;

For the position of 'teaching assistant', candidates who hold the structured role of professor or university researcher at the University of San Marino or at another university will not be admitted.
It is not possible to assign teaching assignments/didactic collaboration on a course of study to candidates enrolled in the same course.
Non-tenured professors from Italian universities can participate in the selection, in this case, at the sole discretion of the Commission and having verified the availability of the professor, the contract could be assigned free of charge.
A candidate can apply for a maximum of two teaching positions and two teaching collaboration positions. A candidate cannot be assigned more than two roles: two teaching roles, or two teaching collaboration roles, or one teaching and one teaching collaboration roles (in the latter case, provided that they are not in the same degree course), in the scope of the positions foreseen in the public notices issued by DESID for the same degree course.
At the sole discretion of the Commission, only for teaching collaborations in which the technical component is fundamental, it will be possible to integrate the comparative evaluation by qualifications with a practical test. In this case, the Commission, once the evaluation phase has been completed, will invite the candidates found suitable via email containing the date and place of the practical test. The contract and/or the letter of appointment do not in any case give rise to rights regarding access to University roles.
The Department reserves the right not to activate a course, even if assigned through this announcement, in the event that there is not a minimum number of students determined by the relative Study Programme.
