The University of San Marino announces a competition for the assignment of a scholarship for a tutor to support orientation, assistance and organizational and logistical coordination activities, at the Student Secretariat - Orientation.
The tutor will work at the Student Secretariat – Orientation. The winning candidate will have tutoring and assistance tasks for orientation, technical and logistical activities, will provide a contribution and support to the secretariat in the technical management of the activities. The candidate must have IT skills to collaborate in the management of teaching, technical and logistical activities also through the IT management systems in use at the University, as well as adequate linguistic skills in the context of activities of international interest.
Activities
The activity of the scholarship holder will be defined in agreement with the General Director and the Head of the Student Secretariat. In particular, the scholarship holder, on the indication and under the supervision of the Head of the Student Secretariat, will have the task of:
- Collaborate and support the Student Secretariat office in providing assistance with orientation, organizational and logistical coordination of activities aimed at students;
- Collaborate with internal staff and scientific staff of the study courses;
- Use the computer programs necessary to carry out the activities;
- Travel to business locations as needed.
Duration and amount
12 months, from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, possibly renewable.
The tutor will carry out his/her duties during the activities of the Student Secretariat. The presence cannot be less than 1500 hours and must be signed in a special register.
The amount of the Scholarship is €15.000,00= (€1.250/00 gross/monthly), and will be paid by the University of the Republic of San Marino.

Applications must be written on plain paper according to the attached form (Annex 1) and accompanied by certificates attesting the admission requirements and any other attestations useful for the evaluation.
