Pursuant to art.21 of Delegated Decree no.169 of 30 November 2023 “Institutional and organizational structure of the University of the Republic of San Marino”;
Pursuant to art. 3 of the Regulation for the assignment of assignments and contracts for teaching, research and collaboration activities published with Rectoral Decree 47/2024;
Having seen the resolutions of the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design of 7 November and 5 December 2024;
Having seen the authorization of the University Council in the session of 18 December 2024;
Having seen the authorization of the Academic Senate in the session of 17 December 2024.

The Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design (DESID) of the University of San Marino announces a collaboration contract for research activities Communication and Social Media Marketing – Design Course of StudiesThe Collaborator will work at the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design – Antico Monastero S. Chiara headquarters.

Activities

The profile sought has a background in the field of visual communication and product design. Through their professional experience, they demonstrate familiarity in the field of Digital Strategy and in particular in the promotion of research, culture and training institutes. The person sought demonstrates planning maturity in the field of enhancing corporate and/or institution identity. Through their work, they demonstrate familiarity both in the creation of digital content and in the implementation of multi-platform social strategies. They are predisposed to teamwork.

The winning candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • management of the social channels of the CdS in Design;
  • design and implementation of social strategies aimed at promoting the Degree Courses in Design;
  • critical analysis of the social channels of the Degree Courses in Design;
  • the activities carried out by the candidate will be carried out in coordination with the communications manager and the tutors of the Design degree courses.

Duration and amount

12 months, from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026, renewable for a further 12 months;
the collaborator's activity will follow the working hours agreed with the Directors of the Design Study Courses, for a total of 750 hours per year, to be signed in a specific register.

The amount of the Collaboration Contracts is €625,00 = (six hundred and twenty-five) gross/monthly, for a total of €7.500,00 per year.

The Collaboration Contract does not give rise to social security benefits or evaluations for the purposes of careers in the Public Administration. In accordance with art. 15 of Law 31 October 2013 n.153, which modified art. 33 of Law 27 June 2013 n.71, the payment of the compensation will take place exclusively via bank transfer with a banking institution operating in the Republic of San Marino as the beneficiary bank.

Method of submitting applications

Applications to participate in the selection (Annex 1) must be addressed to the Director of the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design, by 12.00 on 28 January 2025.
The application may be delivered no later than 12.00 on 28 January 2025 directly to the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design — via Consiglio dei Sessanta, 99 (Third Floor, Tower B) – Customs – Rep. San Marino, or it may be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by courier.
The date of hiring will be considered valid and will be recorded in the same protocol at the Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design.
