The University of the Republic of San Marino – Department of Human Sciences announces a selection procedure for the recruitment of n. 1 tutor who will accompany and assist a group of n. 10 students from Colorado College (Colorado College located in 14 East Cache La Poudre St.. Colorado Springs, CO, 80903, USA) as part of an international collaboration program that includes UNIRSM hosting and organizing educational and extra-curricular activities both in the territory of the Republic of San Marino and in Italy for n. 10 adult students in the period from 23 March 2025 to 20 April 2025.
The selected tutor will be responsible for ensuring logistical and organizational assistance during the period 24 March – 20 April 2025, providing support to students and supervising the activities planned by the project's educational coordinator.
Subject of the requested collaboration:
The tutor will contribute to the implementation of international collaboration by ensuring the following tasks within the planned activities:
- Welcome, accompany, manage and supervise the group of 10 adult students from Colorado College, guests of the University of the Republic of San Marino in the period from 23 March to 20 April 2025;
- Provide information and assistance to participants during class hours, educational trips in and out of the territory, including study trips with overnight stays outside the territory; availability is also required in the evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Transmit all service communications from UNIRSM to participants, ensuring their understanding and application;
- Ensure the regular running of teaching activities (lessons, seminars) and extracurricular activities (trips, cultural excursions)
- Report any problems encountered to the University promptly, proposing solutions where possible.
Duration and Remuneration
The expected duration of the assignment is from March 20, 2025 to April 21, 2025. The amount of the assignment is € 3.000,00 = (three thousand/00) gross and will be paid by the University of San Marino in a single solution within one month of the end of the project.
