The Department of Economics, Science, Engineering and Design (DESID) – Higher Education of the University of the Republic of San Marino, announces a competition for the assignment of a position as organizational tutor and support for the teaching activities of Higher Education.
The tutor will work in the Higher Education Sector. The winning candidate will have tutoring and assistance duties with teaching activities, assistance with the organizational secretariat and logistical organization of higher education activities; you will have to relate to the teachers and students, to resolve organizational problems that may arise during the course of the teaching activities, and be available to travel to the course locations. The candidate must also possess IT and technical skills to manage virtual classrooms and use the IT systems in use at the University.
Activities
The tutor's activity will be defined in agreement with the Scientific Directors of the Research and Teaching Centers involved and with the Higher Education Coordinator. In particular, the tutor, on the indication and under the supervision of the Higher Education Coordinator, will have the task of:
- Collaborate with the Higher Education Offices for teaching assistance and the organization of post-graduate courses;
- Relate to students and teachers for the management of teaching activities;
- Be present in the locations where teaching takes place on course days;
- Support internal staff and scientific staff of post-graduate courses;
- Use the computer programs necessary to carry out the activities.
Duration and amount
12 effective months, from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026, possibly renewable for a further 12 months.
The tutor will carry out his/her duties during the teaching and functional activities of the Higher Education (including Saturdays on teaching days). The presence, including office work and classroom activities, cannot be less than 1500 hours per year and must be signed in a special register.
The amount of the tutoring contract is €15.000,00 (fifteen thousand euros) gross and will be paid monthly by the University of the Republic of San Marino.

Applications must be written on plain paper according to the attached form (Annex 1) and accompanied by certificates attesting the admission requirements and any other attestations useful for the evaluation.
