The Department of Economics, Science and Law (DESD) of the University of San Marino is launching a competition for the assignment of a scholarship for a tutor to support the teaching, organizational and technical activities of the degree courses belonging to the Department of Economics, Science and Law.
The tutor will work in the Department of Economics, Science and Law. The winning candidate will have tutoring and assistance duties in teaching, technical and logistical activities, and will provide a contribution and support to the organizational secretariat and the teaching secretariat in the technical management of the activities. The candidate must have IT skills to collaborate in the management of the teaching, technical and logistical activities of the DESD Degree Courses, also through the IT management systems in use at the University.
Activities
The scholarship holder's activity will be defined in agreement with the Director of the Department of Economics, Science and Law and with the Department Coordinator. In particular, the scholarship holder, on the recommendation and under the supervision of the Department Coordinator, will have the task of:
- Collaborate with the DESD offices to assist in the educational and organizational coordination of degree courses;
- To support the internal staff and the scientific staff of the degree courses;
- Use the computer programs necessary to carry out the activities;
- Travel to business locations as needed.
Duration and amount
6 months, from 23 October 2023 to 22 April 2024, possibly renewable.
The tutor will carry out his duties while carrying out the teaching and functional activities of the Department. Attendance cannot be less than 750 hours and must be signed in a specific register.
The amount of the scholarship amounts to € 7.500,00= (€1.250/00 gross/monthly), and will be paid by the University of the Republic of San Marino.
The scholarship does not give rise to social security benefits or assessments for the purposes of careers in the Public Administration.
Expiration date
The application can be submitted no later than 12.00 on Monday 16 October 2023 by hand delivery to the Department of Economics, Science and Law, at WTC (Third Floor, Tower B) - via Consiglio dei Senta, 99 - Dogana (RSM) or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by courier. The date of appointment will be considered as proof of the application protocol at the Department of Economics, Science and Law.
