HAVING SEEN the report no. 06/2025 of the University Council in the session of 30/07/2025, which authorizes the activation of student collaborations for part-time activities as "Peer Tutors" of students enrolled in degree courses at the University of the Republic of San Marino for the academic year 2025/2026;

The following call for applications for 5 "Peer Tutor" scholarships is open to students regularly enrolled in the first-level degree courses at the University of the Republic of San Marino (UNIRSM) for the 2025/2026 academic year. The scholarships will support students with specific learning disabilities and other special educational needs (DSA and other SEN) – UNIRSM, enrolled in the same degree course and enrolled in the same or previous academic year.

Each scholarship can include up to a maximum of 150 hours.
The scholarships will be divided as follows:

  • 1 scholarship for the three-year degree course (first level) in Design
  • 1 scholarship for the three-year degree course (first level) in Communication and Digital Media
  • 1 scholarship for the three-year degree course (first level) in Civil Engineering
  • 1 scholarship for the three-year degree course (first level) in Management Engineering
  • 1 scholarship for the three-year degree course (first level) in Construction and Land Management.

In the absence of applications for each indicated degree program, the commission may decide to assign the vacant scholarship to another program based on the number and actual requests for tutoring.

Art. 1 – Object and aspects of the collaboration

This Notice regulates peer tutoring activities by UNIRSM students enrolled in degree courses for the 2025/2026 academic year for students with DSA and other BES students in the same degree course, enrolled in the same or previous academic year, for needs related to their study program.

  • Activities may consist, for example, of:
  • Support in organizing lecture notes and possible preparation in accessible format
  • Introduction to the use of compensatory tools to encourage autonomy
  • Assistance in organising and gathering study materials, creating mind maps, diagrams and summaries
  • Individual study support (or group support in the case of multiple DSA and other BES students in the same year, up to a maximum of 3 DSA or other BES students per tutor).
  • The hours of activity must be carried out during the academic year 2025-2026, approximately from November 2025 to 31 October 2026, in relation to the needs of the students supported by the UNIRSM Inclusion Service.

Application submission deadline

The application must be sent by email to the address segreteriastudenti@unirsm.sm no later than the peremptory deadline of October 29, 2025.
