- HAVING REGARD TO Law 25/04/2014 n. 67 "Framework Law on University Education";
- CONSIDERING the Statute of the University of the Republic of San Marino, Annex A of Law no. 67/2014;
- CONSIDERING the Code of Ethics of the University of the Republic of San Marino, Annex B of Law no. 67/2014;
- HAVING REGARD to the 2021-2023 Three-Year Strategic Plan of the University of the Republic of San Marino, approved with Resolution of the Great and General Council no. 23 of 28-04-2021;
- IN MIND of the Resolutions of the Academic Senate, in the meeting of 27 February 2019 of the University Council, in the meeting of 17 April 2019 Minutes 3 with which it is agreed on the need to proceed with the stipulation of five-year renewable contracts for Associate Professor in accordance with the provisions of art. 20 paragraph 1, letter c) as well as in art. 21 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law n.67/2014;
- CONSIDERING the request of the DESD Department of July 22, 2022;
- GIVEN the Resolutions of the Academic Senate in the session of 12 October 2022 and of the University Council in the session of 13 October 2022 with which the proposal of the DESD Department is accepted and the draft of the relative Evaluation Procedure approved;

Art.1
Announcement of the evaluation procedure
The evaluation procedure has been announced for the call of a level II university professor (in analogy to the provisions of article 24, paragraph 6, of the Italian Law no. 30 of 2010 December 240), in the Department, competition sector and scientific sector - disciplinary as specified below:

| Specific functions that the professor is called upon to perform | Type of didactic commitment: Didactic functions, supplementary didactics within the scope of the ICAR/08 courses within the Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses provided by the DESD Department and complementary activities in accordance with the provisions of the University Didactic Regulations. These courses may also be delivered in English. Type of scientific commitment: Scientific functions in line with the research lines of the scientific disciplinary sector ICAR/08 developed within the DESD Department and which also have repercussions on the San Marino territory. |

Art.2
Assessment Admission Requirements
Adjunct professors and researchers in service at the University of the Republic of San Marino in possession of a valid scientific qualification for the second level (achieved at the pursuant to article 1 of Italian law 16/240), for the insolvency sector subject to the procedure for which they formulate an application for participation, or in possession of an equivalent qualification obtained in another country.
The aforementioned requisites must be met on the expiry date for the submission of applications for participation.
Those who, at the time of applying for the post referred to in this notice, have a degree of kinship or affinity, within the fourth degree inclusive, with a professor belonging to the Department that requested the call cannot participate in the call procedure. or with the Rector, the Director General or a member of the University Council.
Candidates are conditionally admitted to the evaluation procedure. The Rector can, with a justified provision, up to the time of the resolution for the call, order the exclusion from the same due to lack of the envisaged admission requirements.

Art.3
Application form, terms and conditions for submission
To participate in the evaluation procedure, the candidate must produce, under penalty of exclusion, within and no later than 15 days starting from the day following the date of publication of the notice of this announcement on the website of the University of the Republic of San Marino (www.unirsm.sm) in the section "ATHENAEUM - ANNOUNCEMENTS, COMPETITIONS AND SELECTIONS", specific application, drawn up on unstamped paper made out to the Rector of the University of the Republic of San Marino.
The application for admission, duly formulated and signed, under penalty of exclusion, may be:
- sent by certified mail: by PEC (at the address unirsm@pec.cloud) or away tNotice (at the address re@unirsm.sm);
- presented directly in a sealed envelope, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00, at the Rectorate of the University of the Republic of San Marino, Contrada Omerelli, 77, 47890 City of the Republic of San Marino. On the envelope, the candidate must clearly indicate his name and surname and state the selection he intends to participate in;
- Shipped by courier or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, under penalty of exclusion, to the Magnificent Rector of the University of the Republic of San Marino, at the Rectorate, Contrada Omerelli, 77, 47890 City of the Republic of San Marino. To this end, the date stamp of the accepting post office will be attested. The candidate must clearly indicate his name and surname on the envelope and state the selection he intends to participate in.
Applications are considered submitted in good time even if received after the deadline, provided that they are sent, in the manner specified above, within the deadline indicated. To this end, the acceptance stamp from the company in charge will act as evidence in the case of sending by courier and the date stamp of the accepting post office in the case of sending by registered mail.
The candidate's application must contain the information necessary to uniquely identify the evaluation procedure in which he intends to participate, the Department, the competition sector and the scientific-disciplinary sector.
In the case of paper transmission, it will be the candidate's responsibility to expressly indicate on the envelope containing the application and its attachments, delivered or sent to this Administration, the following data:
- surname, first name and address;
- selection in which it intends to participate;
- the wording "QUESTION FROM CANDIDATE Dr."
