Research interests
The research activity focuses on topics related to the following disciplines: Psychology of work and organizational well-being; Psychology of Organization and Human Resources Management.
The areas of interest in the research activity mainly concern: health in the workplace, occupational psychology, job safety and job insecurity, with particular reference to well-being and quality of professional life in healthcare contexts; the assessment of skills in the development and selection of personnel in public and private contexts.
He currently works on applied research in the field of HR practices, HR Management, recruiting, work-related stress management and assessment, organizational climate, new leadership paradigms.
