With the recognition of CNF – National Bar Council for the purpose of in-service training of Italian professionals.
Pursuant to CNF Regulation no. 6/2014, with reference to the above-mentioned training activity, the Central Commission for the accreditation of training, following the examination carried out, resolution of grant accreditation in the amount of: n. 18 training credits for participation in the entire course.
Il Council of the Order of Lawyers and Notaries of the Republic of San Marino has accredited the individual modules of the Course for the purposes of continuing professional training (in the amount of 1 training credit for each hour of class).

Course participants will be able to benefit from reduced-price membership to the Italian Society of Victimology (SIV) as student members.
Participation in the course, passing the tests and the final exam and enrollment in the SIV will allow you to obtain the title of "Clinical and Forensic Victimologist Expert".
Registration with SIV as a professional associate member at the end of the course will also result in the issuing of a quality certificate pursuant to Law no. 4/2013 valid for one year.
Participation in the Advanced Training course in Clinical and Forensic Victimology and enrolment in the SIV with the achievement of the quality certificate represent the requirements for accessing the REGISTER/LIST of “Clinical and Forensic Victimologists” established at the SIV (Scientific Society registered in thelist of the Ministry of Economic Development of Professional Associations and, therefore, authorized to promote the ongoing training of its members pursuant to Law no. 4/2013 by certifying the quality and professional qualification of the services provided by its members pursuant to Articles 4, 7 and 8 of the aforementioned law).
