Educational Organization

The course is divided into 6 teaching modules for a total of 60 hours of frontal teaching, will be provided with the dual teaching method in presence and remotely.

Total course hours: 300 (divided into frontal teaching, individual study, final exam)
Total credits: 14

Final Exam

The final exam consists in the discussion of one's thesis or project work.

Victimology Seminars 2025

In 2025, the advanced training course in Clinical and Forensic Victimology will not be activated; alternatively, three meetings will be proposed:

CSU Victimology Training

In 2023, the Victimology Course for officials of the Central Trade Union of San Marino was held, consisting of 3 appointments.

The course was held by:

  • Prof. Luca Cimino, Italian Society of Victimology and scientific director of the Victimology course;
  • Prof. Cristiano Depalmas, scientific director of the master's degree in criminology;
  • Dr. Arianna Piermarini, psychologist specialized in criminology and forensic psychiatry;
  • Commissioner Gilberto Felici, judge of the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights).

The topics covered included the introduction of the subject, identification and characteristics of the victim and people at risk, framing of the phenomenon according to social and professional contexts and categories of people, manifestations and clinical aspects, aid network, approach to dialogue, cultural approach to the victim, good practices. The normative and legal aspects were also addressed.
