Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, each student will know the main theoretical models and the main techniques of effective communication in interpersonal relationships that exist in companies and professional contexts.
In particular, they will acquire tools for awareness of themselves and others, for managing aggression and passivity in communication, for building assertiveness and emotional centredness.

Expected learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will have a clear and complete overview of the critical variables inherent in linguistic and extralinguistic communication processes.
They will be able to train and verify the operational skills learned, immersing themselves in different contexts.
