Course content

Program

Contents of the private law part: the sources of law; legal activity; the subjective legal situations and the legal relationship; the protection of rights; subjects of law; the rights of the person; private autonomy and the legal system; the structure and effectiveness of the contract; the structural and functional pathologies of the contract; some typical contracts: the sale, the exchange, the rental agreement; property and other real rights; communion; successions: outline.

Contents of the agricultural law part: the farm and the contracts connected to it; agricultural property; agricultural contracts.
