Learning objectives

Attending the course will provide greater knowledge and awareness of the importance of correct environmental and energy design in today's context characterized by ever-increasing critical issues in terms of environmental impact and scarcity of raw materials including energy without forgetting the health and comfort aspects of the indoor/outdoor environment.
The part of the course related to the elements of communication (transversal skills also called soft skills) will provide greater awareness in communicating with others (for example in a job interview or in interaction with work colleagues) and in communicating with ourselves through the development of emotional intelligence.

Expected learning outcomes

• Green procurement and minimum environmental criteria in construction
• Healthiness of indoor air (pollution and indoor monitoring)
• Renewable energy and energy efficiency in construction
• Water saving in construction
• Selective demolition
• Redevelopment and regeneration of urban areas
• Communication elements
