Professor
Marco DubbiniLearning objectives
Apply the theoretical knowledge gained during the course development by developing practical and applicative themes that will be proposed by the course teachers.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student acquires the practical skills for the use of topographic instruments and the skills to be able to approach the topographic survey activity in territorial and building contexts.
and for the study of the territory and the environment, through an integrated multidisciplinary systemic approach to select the appropriate tools and techniques to acquire, integrate, process, analyze, archive, represent and distribute geo-referenced spatial data continuously in digital format.
Course content
Development of a practical exercise through a photogrammetric survey and laser scanner of a small portion of land. Processing of the acquired data and illustration of the products obtainable from the survey.
Prerequisites
Attendance of the Topography course and knowledge of the proposed arguments

Teaching methods and tools
Use of topographic instruments with the support of teachers. Use of data processing software with the support of teachers
Assessment methods and criteria
The learning assessment will be contextual to the Topography exam. The knowledge of the survey and data processing methods that were illustrated during the practical part of the course will be assessed.
