Biographical profile

Born in London in 1965, English citizen, lives in Pesaro. 

He graduated in 1984 from Oxford High School specializing in languages ​​(French and Italian) and English literature. In 1989 he graduated in literature and foreign languages ​​(Italian and English) at the University of Warwick. 

He moved to Pesaro in 1990 graduating in opera singing at the G. Rossini Conservatory of Pesaro in the summer of 1994. In 1997-98 at the British Council in Milan he attended the Cambridge RSA course, the DTEFLA, didactic and methodological specialization exam for the teaching of the English language. 

Since 1989, in addition to teaching the English language, she has been teaching in various language schools in Rimini and Pesaro and collaborates as an interpreter and translator with various institutions - such as the Court of Pesaro and Forli and the Province of Pesaro. Since 2014 she has been a teacher at SSLMIT (Bologna) in Language and Culture courses for interpreters. Since 2023 she has been teaching 3 specialized courses at ISIA Urbino as follows: English for photography, publishing, illustration. 

As a translator she specializes in texts on design and architecture, and in communication, she uses the "transcreation" technique, translation/copy and subtitles for short films.

Since the 1990s he began his first steps in the creative field with occasional collaborations on pitch texts for short films with translation (into English) of drafts for Italian screenplays:
