Biographical profile

Freelancer and Contract Professor at the University of the Republic of San Marino. He participated in the drafting of the UNI 11612:2015 standards “Estimation of the market value of real estate”, UNI 11558:2014 “Real Estate Appraiser”, UNI 11729:2015 “Guidelines for the estimation of the value of maritime, lake and river state concessionary companies for tourist-recreational use (beach businesses)”, UNI/PdR 53:2019 “Market segment analysis - Guidelines for the identification of the market segment and for the collection of real estate data”, UNI/PdR 19:2016 “Recommendations for the assessment of conformity of third-party accredited to the requirements in the UNI 11558 standard “Real Estate Appraiser”. He is the author of numerous articles and speeches in seminars and conferences, he participated in the works of the "Guidelines for the evaluation of properties as collateral for credit exposures" (2009, 2015, 2018 editions), he is a consultant for banking institutions and for the judicial authority.
