Barbara Bigliardi graduated with honors in Management Engineering from the University of Parma. In 2008 you obtained the title of PhD in Industrial Engineering.
He is associate professor for the SSD IEGE-01/A – Economic-Management Engineering (formerly ING-IND/35 – Economic-Management Engineering) at the Department of Industrial Systems and Technologies Engineering (DISTI) of the University of Parma. He holds the national scientific qualification for the role of full professor for the SSD IEGE-01/A – Economic-Management Engineering (formerly ING-IND/35 – Economic-Management Engineering), obtained in August 2018.

The research activity focuses mainly on the themes of innovation, and open innovation in particular, sustainability and digitalisation.
