Biographical profile
Elisa Vendemini graduated with honors in 2016 from the Iuav University of Venice from the master's degree course in Architecture and Design Cultures. In 2018 you obtained a postgraduate master's degree in Urban Heritage and Global Tourism and in 2023 you obtained the title of PhD in Architecture, City and Design.
Since 2016 he has been a teaching assistant for three-year and master's degree courses, workshops and post-graduate courses at the Iuav University of Venice. She has worked as a consultant and researcher at Aga Khan Trust for Culture, American University of Beirut in Lebanon and Escola da Cidade in Brazil. Since 2017 she has been a member of the Urbicide Task Force research group at Iuav, and since 2019 she has been an associated researcher at the international research center EPiC – Earth and Polis Research Center FEEM – Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei.
She is currently a research fellow at the Iuav University of Venice and works as an architect and urban planner at HIC (Heritage International Consulting), a consultancy team for the enhancement of historical and cultural heritage and landscape, of which she is co-founder.
