Guido Guidi

Biographical profile

Full professor of comparative public law in the Department of Law of the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”, out of role since 2020. He teaches comparative public law, under a higher education contract in the same department, and elements of administrative and territorial law – Degree in Construction and Territory Management. Department of Engineering of the University of San Marino, Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Since 1993, he has fulfilled the functions of Administrative Judge of first degree, Deputy Public Prosecutor (Commissioner of the Investigating Law) and Administrative Judge of Appeal and of Civil and Criminal Appeals in the Republic of San Marino.

Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data until 2017.

He is registered in the Lazio Journalists' Register.
