Fact-finding survey on children in the third year of middle school

UOC Salute Donna has been carrying out information-education interventions in schools of all levels for several years, held by a gynecologist and a psychologist on issues relating to affectivity, sexuality and contraception. This year the project was carried out in collaboration with the Department of Education of the University of the Republic of San Marino; the educational meetings were held by the gynecologist Dr. Patrizia Stefanelli, head of the Women's Health Unit, and by Dr. Silvia Stefanelli, psychologist with scholarship from the Permanent Observatory on the Condition of Youth of the Republic of San Marino.

Fact-finding survey on school satisfaction

The Scientific Council of the Permanent Observatory on the youth condition of the Republic of San Marino, composed of Prof. Luigi Guerra, Dr. Sebastiano Bastianelli and Dr. Andrea Gualtieri, has deemed it a priority to activate, in this phase, a cognitive project to be carried out in collaboration with educational institutions; in fact, it is essential to be able to involve the School in the Observatory project while providing a first example of activity. The Scientific Council therefore suggested starting an intervention aimed at measuring the satisfaction of San Marino students with regard to educational guidance. In order to achieve this objective in a short time, it was proposed to start an initial survey on a part of the school population that did not require the involvement of too many subjects. The theme proposed was that of the choice of High School, expectations, satisfaction, or dissatisfaction, with respect to the path undertaken. The reference sample chosen is the one made up of students from the three districts of the lower secondary schools of San Marino who were dismissed in the school years 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and who obtained the final grade in the terza media exam "10 /10”.
