Article 27 of Delegated Decree No. 169 of November 30, 2023 – Institutional and Organizational Structure of the University of the Republic of San Marino – provides for the establishment of a consultative body, called the Territorial Pact. This body aims to be the meeting point between the University of San Marino and the main players in the cultural, economic, professional, trade union, and association worlds of the territory, with the aim of increasing
moments of comparison with the University.

In particular, Article 27 of the aforementioned DD 169/2023 entrusts the Territorial Pact with the following functions:

  • proactive: advancing proposals for direction and development for the University;
  • consultative: providing opinions regarding the University's strategic and development plans;
  • of communication: providing information to stakeholders, through its representatives, regarding the programs that the University intends to implement;
  • of fundraising limited to specific, fixed-term projects.

The Territorial Pact therefore offers an important institutional opportunity for dialogue, to establish a discussion regarding the effectiveness of the University of San Marino's actions and the possibilities for coordinated development of the University in the region, as well as to identify financial resources to support the University's development projects.

At the meeting, the University of the Republic of San Marino will present its first spin-off, recently established and called "Aurora Lab," which will offer services and products dedicated to education and psychology, with a particular focus on well-being and learning paths.
