The Department of Humanities develops scientific research projects in an Italian-speaking environment, but also beyond the Italian and San Marino borders. The research is strongly characterized by the interdisciplinary collaboration between the scientific components present in the Department and also by the interaction with public services, with San Marino civil society organizations and with local businesses.
The Department's research projects can be placed within the programming of the Research Centers or arise from proposals made directly to the Council by individual teachers.
