THE EXPERTS OF 'IL SOLE 24 ORE' AT THE NEXT SEMINAR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SAN MARINO ON INCOME TAXES

Focus on the relationship between Italy and the Titan; the appointment is for Friday 16 September

What operational solutions can be proposed, after the entry into force of the double taxation agreement between Italy and San Marino, with respect to the taxation of income from employment and self-employment? This is one of the questions that will be answered during the seminar "Income taxes on natural persons in Italian-San Marino relations", scheduled for Friday 16 September in the Sala Montelupo in Domagnano, from 9 to 13.

Organized by the University of the Republic of San Marino, in collaboration with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Titano, the initiative includes speeches by accountant Michela Magnani and her colleague Monica Zafferani, who will be inspired by the cases examined in their professional activity and in the content created for the newspaper 'Il Sole 24 Ore'. Together with them, the lawyer Luigi D'ambrosio, specialized in issues of taxation and international contracts concerning natural and legal persons, as well as a former collaborator of the Pini Bingham & Partners studio in London and of the Italian embassy in Hungary, will take the chair.

The seminar, in which in addition to income from employment and self-employment, assimilated income will also be considered, is part of the program of the San Marino School of advanced training for the professions of lawyer, notary, chartered accountant and expert accountant organized by the San Marino Legal Institute of the University . To register you need to send an email to segreteria@odcec.sm.
