The presentation of the SAN MARINO JURISPRUDENCE PORTAL will be held on Friday 20 DECEMBER 2019 at 12:30 in the Aula Magna of the University - Salita alla Rocca 44, San Marino
The project aims to collect, select and maximize over 25 years of civil and criminal jurisprudence and represents a modern work tool that is indispensable for legal practitioners and also of interest to scholars and researchers and anyone who has an interest in consulting it.
The Portal was created thanks to the signing of a memorandum of understanding signed by the San Marino Legal Institute of the University of the Republic of San Marino, the Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Department of Institutional Affairs and Justice, Secretariat of State for Education and Culture and Order of Lawyers and Notaries on 5 June 2019.
