Seismic resilience of the Palazzo Pubblico

Presentation of the article that will participate in the World Conference on Earthquake Engineering (WCEE) to be held in Milan in July 2024.
The contribution focuses on the study "Seismic resilience of Palazzo Pubblico", as a result of the digitalisation work of the historic center carried out together with the University of California, San Diego.

Program

The seminar will be presented by Dr. Giuseppe Giardi who illustrates the history of the building in the San Marino context.
The Eng. Daniele Mina will illustrate the concept of resilience and its applications on infrastructures.
Dr. Giacomo Peruzzi will describe the work carried out on determining the dynamic characteristics of the building.
Prof. Eng. Davide Forcellini will close and illustrate the study carried out on the Palazzo Pubblico.

The seminar will be an opportunity to present theSMESS event, Earthquake Engineering Symposium which will take place in San Marino on 6 July 2024.
