Biographical profile
He graduated in Chemistry at the University of Modena with honors.
Full professor in “Materials Science”.
Director of the H2 MO.RE Research Center.
He has participated in four European projects. He was a member of the board of directors of the Italian Society of Rheology (now the Italian Association of Rheology). He is a member of the Italian Ceramic Society and of AIMAT (Italian Association of Materials Engineering). He organized, together with the Italian Society of Rheology and the Italian Ceramic Society, the first School of Ceramic Rheology.
He is currently the representative of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in the international Hydrogen Europe Research platform and in the Italian association H2IT on fuel cells and hydrogen generation. You won the Ansaldo Energia Innovation Award.
As part of the actions aimed at the territory, it carries out an intense dissemination activity.
He is the author of dozens of scientific papers in national and international journals.
Research interests
H2 and electrolyzer, electrolytic compressor and fuel cell manufacturing processes.
