At the end of the course, the student must have acquired the main knowledge relating to the concept of quality and philosophy lean production (lean production) for the design and management of production systems.

The student will be able to design a production system according to the principles of quality and production read production, defining the most suitable management policies in relation to the specific production system, production planning activities and supply logistics control of the production lines.

During the internship period, the student has the opportunity to gain experience in a private (companies, professional studios, engineering company) or public organization. Furthermore, the student will be able to take part in the extensive research activity carried out by professors and researchers, conducted in collaboration with universities and international research institutes.

The internship is supervised by a professor in charge of the University.
