Territorial management: vision, projects, communication and critical issues
Faced with a civil society that travels twice as fast as the dynamics of public structures, with a society that has to deal with the structural and ethical changes of globalization and that increasingly needs articulated answers and diversified services, Municipalities find themselves giving new responses according to integrated policies, develop innovative projects for the networking of services and skills and economic and social requalification. In a period of crisis of values and economies, Municipalities must produce a short-term lifesaver and a future engine for their community. The idea is therefore to narrate how they promote and manage new projects for the valorisation of the territory: from mobility, to infrastructures and new businesses such as tourism. What are their difficulties in managing projects for their own territories, such as the skills required, the realization possibilities and the need for networks. But the aim of the seminar is also to set up a network of administrative managers who can develop common and shared visions and projects.
Download the programmeThe art system - 22.09.2023
The art system, a concept born in the mid-twentieth century, is that network of operators in the art world which includes: artists, works, collectors, curators, galleries, museums, etc.
In recent years, the art system, in continuous change, has been enriched by a fundamental actor: the territory.
The conference therefore arises from the need to reflect on the change that the world of culture, specifically that of art and museums, brings about on the territory in which it is located.
The cultural world therefore unites with management, becoming an opportunity for the enhancement of the territory through exhibitions, new museum structures, social campaigns and more.
It will also be investigated how the art and cultural heritage of a country/State can be the vehicle for twinning and exchanges with other very distant countries/States. Specifically, alongside the conference, the photographic exhibition for the exchange between San Marino and China will be exhibited, on the occasion of the twinning between the City of San Marino and the City of Xiamen.

The event, organized on the occasion of World Alzheimer's Day, will be an opportunity to present the first results of the study conducted by researchers from the Universities of San Marino, Reading, Cardiff and Exeter and the Neurology Unit (ISS) of the Republic of San Marino who conducted the research. The AlzSM study is an international multicenter study, carried out at the Neurology Unit since 2017 with the aim of characterizing the alterations of clinical, instrumental and electrophysiological parameters in patients with Alzheimer's disease. The ultimate goal of the research is to identify new markers that allow an ever earlier diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, thus increasing the time window in which it is possible to intervene to counteract the disease.

PRESENTATION OF THE SEMINAR
The initiative was created to respond to the increasingly felt need to study the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the sensitive matter of due process in order to identify the operational forms through which these pronouncements, now ascribed to the system of sources of every national criminal and procedural system criminal law, can be activated in the context of "judicial daily life". The peculiarity and originality of the seminar is precisely this: to offer jurists a first moment of reflection on the applicative tools that can bring to life, in the concreteness of their experiences, the decisions made in relation to the European Convention on Human Rights, in order to compose a complete picture of the questions posed by the current European order and their relevance as elements of regulation of the institutes of domestic law.
From this point of view, the theme of due process, of the rules and guarantees that must be ensured to all the procedural parties, seemed, also due to the richness of the issues addressed in Strasbourg, to be the one most easily able to show the current state of relations between supranational legal system and national legal systems which, characterized by a process of participation between bodies (state and supranational) in the protection of fundamental rights, ultimately requires all operators of domestic law to know all the tools to bring their own law into line to conventional predictions.
