Biographical profile

I obtained the title of Professional Nurse in 1994 at the School for Professional Nursing in Modena, decentralized section of Mirandola, a 1st Level Master's Degree in Management of Coordination in Health Professions at the Telematic University of Human Sciences "Niccolò Cusano" in Rome (2009-2010) and a 1st Level Interuniversity Master's Degree in Wound Care at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (2013-2015). I participated in: 1) a regional training course CasaLab at the Emilia Romagna Region (2018-2019); 2) training course "Auditor of quality management systems in the social and health sector according to the ISO 19011 standard at the Emilia Romagna Region (2019); 3) I am participating in a regional training course Casa CommunityLab at the Emilia Romagna Region (since 2023).
Career: I started working as a nurse in 1995 at AUSL Modena, in 2005 I held the role of Nursing Coordinator until January 2020, then I started a new job at ConvaTec srl as a Clinical Trainer in the Wound Care field throughout the country. On 01/06/2020 I returned to AUSL MO and since 15/10/2020 I have held the position of Organizational Manager of Community Homes in the Mirandola District and since 2021 Coordinator of the AUSL Modena Wound Care Network.
Since 2016 I have started various teaching activities which are still ongoing in the “Wound Care”
Conclusion: During my career, I have developed a strong expertise in Wound Care, specializing in the treatment of wounds and promoting advanced care practices. My experience as a nurse and as an Organizational Manager has allowed me to implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care, with a particular focus on training and support for colleagues. I am determined to continue contributing to the well-being of the community through an innovative and multidisciplinary approach to wound management.
