Organized jointly by the Universities of San Marino and Modena and Reggio Emilia, the 2nd level Master's Degree in Neuropsychological Evaluation and Treatment of Specific Learning Disorders is aimed at psychologists and doctors, with particular regard to child neuropsychiatrists and pediatricians.

The master intends to train, in a manner highly qualified the different professional figures for the realization of integrated diagnosis and treatment in the field of learning disabilities.

The lessons involve academics, clinicians and rehabilitation specialists. The training takes place for 2 weekends a month in mixed mode (online and/or in presence) and is divided into two parts, a general module and a technical-application module.

  • acquire knowledge for the evaluation of clinical and neuro-psycho-behavioral characteristics of the most common developmental disorders involving learning difficulties;
  • acquire skills for make a diagnosis e implement screening programmes aimed at identifying the early signs of disorders
  • acquire knowledge on IT and technological tools to support learning in order to define rehabilitation projects and evaluate its effectiveness
  • build a common language for the multidisciplinary care
  • develop skills to work in socio-health and socio-educational fields

Reserved for graduates in:

  • Specialist pursuant to DM 270/2004 in Medicine and Surgery and in Psychology
  • Specialist or Master's degree obtained according to the previous regulations or DM 207/2014, in Medicine and Surgery and in Psychology

The Master provides the training of experts in the field of neuropsychological assessment of learning disabilities.

The course will issue the title in SECOND LEVEL UNIVERSITY MASTER (60), jointly by the Universities of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the University of San Marino. The release of the Master's title is subject to the acquisition of 60 university credits (CFU) equal to 1500 hours and the passing of the profit checks and the final exam. It will also be mandatory to carry out internship activities.
