Biographical profile
Marco Zorzi is full professor of General Psychology at the University of Padua (Department of General Psychology), where he teaches cognitive psychology, learning disabilities, and artificial intelligence. And also senior researcher at the IRCCS San Camillo Hospital (Venice). The main research lines of his laboratory (Computational Cognitive Neuroscience Lab; http://ccnl.psy.unipd.it) include the processes of learning numeracy and reading skills, both in typical and atypical development, and the underlying neurocognitive mechanisms. AND' among the best-known international scholars of numerical cognition and is the author of over 120 scientific articles in English.
