On June 6th a new appointment with the training course coordinated by the University's Legal Institute
Professionals from companies such as the BPER Banca Group and the international law firm Gianni & Origoni, which employs nearly five hundred people to provide consultancy and assistance in all areas of corporate law, will take to the stage on Mount Titano for the fifth series of lessons of the Advanced Training Course for Professional Trustees at the University of the Republic of San Marino, coordinated by the University's Legal Institute and scheduled for Friday 6 June from 14:44 p.m. at the university headquarters in Via Salita alla Rocca XNUMX, in the historic centre.
Together with representatives of the Order of Lawyers and Notaries, the Central Bank Trust Registry Office and the Key Trustee company, the teachers will address some central issues for the activity of those who operate in the republic in the management, planning and protection of assets and more: "What we deal with - explains the scientific director of the training program, Marco Greggi - is a profession in which, essentially, thanks to his skills the trustee administers a patrimony in the interest of a specific person or entity, from which he receives the indication of the objectives and purposes to pursue. It could be the owner of a business with the desire to guarantee his children a timely management of the family's finances and properties, or a wealthy person who intends to have an patrimony taken care of in order to use its fruits to help the poor and needy".
On Titan, these activities take place within a framework that requires, for those who work as trustees, registration in a special register: "In collaboration with the Trust Academy, the University offers the course that allows you to qualify and, in subsequent phases, to update yourself as required. Our program - continues Greggi - focuses 70% on San Marino and the remaining part on Italian law, given the not rare cases in which operations and investments are made outside the border".
The “Enabling and refresher course for the exercise of the profession of professional trustee” is coordinated by the Law Institute of the University of San Marino, directed by Paolo Pascucci. The calendar of lessons, started in March, will develop until November involving, among others, academics from the Universities of Liechtenstein and Innsbruck, Ferrara, Bologna and Urbino.
