Friends: "A fundamental step in our organization's evolution."
With the aim of making the company more efficient and capable of offering increasingly reliable and technologically advanced services in line with international standards, Poste San Marino has initiated an internal reorganization process, supported by the University of the Republic of San Marino.
The recently signed agreement requires academics from the Management Engineering department, including a master's degree candidate, to conduct a mapping, analysis, and redesign of the processes relevant to Poste San Marino. This will be done using scientifically sound methodologies and tools. The initiative is part of the University's third mission activities, through which it transfers knowledge, skills, and innovation to the local community, supporting its development.
Poste San Marino has chosen to activate this partnership to leverage the excellence present in San Marino and undertake a major renewal phase towards the "Poste 2.0" model, which will allow it to optimize internal processes and expand its service offering, with particular attention to international development opportunities.
"We are facing a new initiative through which the University will make the most up-to-date scientific methodologies and tools available to one of the most important institutions in the region," commented Rector Corrado Petrocelli. "The intention is to develop Poste San Marino in a modern, concrete, and dynamic manner."
"This project represents a fundamental step in the evolution of our organization," stated Gian Luca Amici, Director General of Poste San Marino. "The goal is to make internal processes increasingly efficient and up-to-date, so as to offer citizens and businesses ever-increasing quality services. The collaboration with the University will allow us to combine academic expertise and knowledge with the company's daily operations, while also strengthening collaboration between the Republic's institutions."
