Health, physical activity, quality of sleep and ideal nutrition will be among the main topics explored during the Advanced training course for Lifestyle and Nutraceutical Consultants in Sports at the University of the Republic of San Marino. The program, open to graduates and diploma holders, will be divided into 12 sessions for a total of 80 hours of online learning, scheduled from May to November, primarily on Saturdays.
Organized by the director of the Master's Program in Nutraceuticals at the University of San Marino, the course involves the Italian Fitness Federation and will feature internationally renowned professors who will propose an original approach: "In-depth analysis of the specifics of lifestyles related to sports, both amateur and professional, will be the core of the various courses and will be complemented by general education insights that will make this study program unique," explains course director Alberto Fiorito. "In this regard, we have scheduled both lectures by internationally renowned figures, such as epigenetics and molecular biology expert Ernesto Burgio, as well as events featuring more transversal topics, such as the presentation of memory and communication techniques."
The training program, Fiorito specifies, is not aimed only at personal trainers, dieticians, and professionals working in the physical education and rehabilitation fields: "It can represent an interesting and profitable growth opportunity for anyone, even those outside of the fields of education or prevention."
Registration is open until April 8th. More information is available on the website. www.unirsm.sm, on the course page which can be accessed from the "training offer" area.
