The University of the Republic of San Marino offers two study programs as part of its Advanced Training programs, designed to train professionals responsible for identifying and solving corporate problems, taking into account not only strictly business-related aspects but also aspects such as cultural characteristics and psychological dynamics.
The first, "Business Analysis for Innovation and Sustainability Management 5.0," is aimed at professionals who will improve a company's processes, organization, and strategic planning by addressing its core activities, such as the production of goods or the provision of services. This requires knowledge not only of technical and regulatory aspects, but also of social, relational, and marketing aspects. The second course, "Facility Management for Sustainability 5.0," focuses on areas that don't directly affect the core of the company, but rather everything that revolves around it and enables its operation, such as telecommunications and the canteen service.
"It is precisely in this context," explains Pietro Renzi, scientific director of the two courses, "that the need to coordinate, for example, the physical workspace with human resources and a company's operations emerges, integrating the principles of economic and financial management, architecture, and behavioral and engineering sciences. This therefore involves skills required in production and service sectors such as industry, hospitals, hotels, transport and logistics companies. The idea is to adapt the course curriculum to the Industry 5.0 revolution, as defined, for example, by the European Commission, i.e., for a more sustainable, resilient, and human-centered industry."
Registration is open until February 26th. For more information, visit www.unirsm.sm, in the "Course Offerings" section. Eligible participants include accountants, business consultants, subsidized finance experts, and building and plant design and management managers.
