Starting March 1st, some of the degree courses at the University of the Republic of San Marino will resume in-person instruction. Specifically, the University's classrooms will welcome first-year undergraduate and graduate students, as well as their faculty, in compliance with anti-contagion regulations and safety protocols. Scheduled laboratory activities and seminars, as well as exams and graduation sessions, will also be held in-person.
The decision, adopted by the Academic Senate on February 17, allows professors and students unable to reach the University's premises to carry out their activities remotely. As has been the case in recent months, students with internet connection issues, or who do not have adequate computers or tablets, will continue to be assigned a dedicated, secure workstation on university premises.
