From May 31, three appointments are scheduled together with academics, psychologists and judges
What are the psychological prospects for victims of bullying? And how are the figures involved classified according to the social and professional spheres? The answer to these and other questions will be offered to about twenty officials of the Unitary Trade Union Center (CSU) during three seminars organized by the University of the Republic of San Marino in the headquarters of the Ex Tribunal, in the historic center of Titano, on 31 May and on 7 and 15 June.
In the chair Luca Cimino of the Italian Society of Victimology, the scientific director of the Master in Criminology and Forensic Psychiatry of the University of San Marino Cristiano Depalmas, the psychologist and family mediator Arianna Piermarini and the judge of the European Court of Human Rights Gilberto Felici.
The one proposed is a course in Victimology, a discipline that "deals at a multidisciplinary level with the biological, psychological, psychiatric, sociological and political aspects" of the figures concerned, explains Depalmas. "The victim - continues the academic - is a subject in physical and mental suffering who has suffered damage as a result of interpersonal events, often deviant or unlawful, or catastrophes caused by man or nature".
During the three planned appointments, among other things, "the identification and characteristics of the victim and of the people at risk, the clinical aspects involved, the aid network, the approach to dialogue and best practices" will be addressed.
Precisely on this theme, the University of San Marino is also developing an advanced training program aimed at doctors, lawyers, psychologists, linguistic and cultural mediators, pedagogists and more. Enrollments will open in the coming weeks and will be reserved for people with a high school diploma.
