Students at the University of San Marino discuss their Management Engineering degree program: "Great prospects."

"I chose this degree program for the excellent career prospects it offers and because the curriculum is interesting—I dare say captivating." This is the testimony of Sara Cerosio, enrolled in the final year of the three-year Management Engineering program at the University of the Republic of San Marino, during the University's virtual Open Days, currently available on the website www.unirsm.sm.

The student recounts her experience in one of the podcasts created to help those interested understand what it means to study on Titan: "We can follow the lessons both in the classroom," except for pandemic-related restrictions, "and later thanks to video recordings that remain available in the archive," she continues, citing one of the services that helped her with her studies. "We also offer extraordinary courses, such as the one in 'Chinese language and culture,' which I attended. Afterward, I had the opportunity to take a trip to Beijing with the Confucius Institute of San Marino. There, I was able to attend very interesting workshops, as well as guided tours." The experience in China, she emphasizes, "was an extraordinary one."

Along with Sara, six other Management Engineering students share their stories in podcasts available on the Open Days' web pages, hosted by Usmaradio. Videos, insights, and a 50-minute Facebook Live recording are also available, as well as the option to schedule online meetings with instructors.

This academic year, the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Management Engineering are serving over 200 students and have coordinated 70 internships, involving 24 faculty members. "Many of the students enrolled in the second year of the master's program," explains Barbara Bigliardi, director of the program, "start working even before graduating, demonstrating the high demand for management engineers from companies."

The virtual Open Days, primarily for students planning their university careers, also include degree programs in Communication and Digital Media, Design, Civil Engineering, Construction, and Land Management.
