The University of San Marino's Aula Magna is named after Fausta Morganti: "This is her home."

"The University of San Marino owes its existence to her, to her foresight, her ability, her tenacity. She is no longer with us, but we would like her to always be with us, and this is an act of that kind." These were the words with which the Rector of the University of San Marino, Corrado Petrocelli, yesterday accompanied the naming of the Aula Magna of the university campus in the Ancient Monastery of Santa Chiara in honor of Fausta Morganti, former Secretary of State and Captain Regent, a key figure in the creation and evolution of the university's academic institution. "This is the most prestigious hall in the most prestigious complex of our University," Petrocelli emphasized during a ceremony in the historic center that brought together her family, institutional representatives, representatives of the world of associations, and others.
Secretary of State for Education and Culture, Andrea Belluzzi, agreed: "This is Fausta's home," he said, referring to the University, "a place of thought, knowledge, and people who want to share knowledge and growth."

Tomaso Rossini, Morganti's son and Captain of the City Castle, also spoke at the event, commemorating the work of a woman who "gave so much to the country, striving to unite people through culture." His sister, Sara Rossini, appreciated the gesture in remembrance of "her dream," namely, the creation of a university that would serve as a cultural and educational center for the Republic.
After screening an excerpt from the documentary about Morganti, currently in production and directed by Massimo Salvucci, a pomegranate tree and a commemorative stele, curated by the Società Unione Mutuo Soccorso (SUMS) Femminile, were unveiled in the facility's gardens. "This," declared President Orietta Ceccoli, "is a solemn moment, on the occasion of International Women's Day, in memory of our friend Fausta," reaffirming her "vision of an open society" and the significance of her "political and social commitment."
